At the end of the 1980s, a building permit was obtained for a family house and construction began (foundations and walls), paid connections, electricity and water, and communal fees. Das Grundstück befindet sich in einer sehr schönen Lage, 300 Meter vom Meer entfernt, mit Blick auf das Meer vom zukünftigen Gebäude aus.
